Our Objectives, Beliefs and Mission Statements

Flynepal Volunteering organisation was founded in 2007(Government Registration :- 352345/064-065) on a belief that we could do more for volunteers, and simultaneously do more for the development of our home-country. During the decade long civil war from 1995, Nepal’s fragile economy was shattered. Already poor families now had even bleaker opportunities for a decent livelihood. Children and women became even more vulnerable to abuse, exploitation, family separation, recruitment for conflict-related purposes and illegal detention. This merely compounded the issues associated with Nepal’s long history of caste discrimination and social marginalization, which causes immense disparities within society.
At the height of the conflict in 2009 we gathered a team of Nepalese development workers, including social activists, international and national volunteers because we believed we could combat the prevalent shortages of Education, Health and Women’s Rights in Nepal more efficiently than the existing international organizations
Our main objectives:
OUR MISSION STATEMENTS

HOW VOLUNTEERING CAN HELP DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES IN NEPAL?
Many local organisations are doing valuable work in their communities, but they don't have resources to recruit international volunteers to provide them with much-needed supports. Flynepal volunteering organisation aims to serve as a link between these groups and the volunteers needed to make projects a success in order to really help the community. Flynepal volunteering organisation focuses on combining the skills of volunteers and the experience of partner local organisations to seek the best way to provide valuable services where they are needed.
Our work promotes International co-operation and friendship, aiming to reach new levels in sustainable socio-economic development through voluntary work placements. Volunteer in our programs work alongside local workers and professionals in order to experience a full cultural immersion experience. We first discover, learn and research people's problems and issues and then we start our volunteer campaign and activities to eradicate their problems. We basically work for remote and isolated areas where we feel volunteer can make change.
